Why can't I create a new shipping label after voiding an old one?

I created a label with the incorrect weight so I voided it. Then I went to create a new one, but shopify keeps coming up with a little red box that says "Unable to create shipping label" This has never happened before. I have had to void several over the last year or so, and this has never happened. Is there a new time constraint for recreating labels? TIA

  • How long ago the label was voided
  • How old the order is
  • A screenshot reference of your experience

I am having the same problem  

 

  • the label was created today and voided today
  • it is a new order from today
  • there is no button to create a label.
