Why can't I deactivate my account despite following all steps?

Nothing I do works for me to deactivate my account. I tried everything and I followed step-by-step by step and nothing works. It says I need to contact tech-support but nothings working

You can follow these steps to cancel your subscription and deactivate your store. If you're having any trouble with these steps you'll need to speak with our support team through this page. We can't see your account details here over the Shopify Community, but if you contact us through the page I shared we would be able to review this with you in more detail.
