Why can't I enter my credit card details at checkout?

Someone maybe know why when im trying to pay and going to the next screen of putting my credit card details i just cant move to that screen im choosing i wanna pay with credit card and then its just dont let me fulfill my card details and says choose another payment method

I understand you're experiencing an issue with inputting your credit card information at the checkout. Are you a customer of a store? If so, I recommend contacting the store directly for assistance as they can best address this concern. Just to clarify, businesses use our platform to build online stores, however, we aren't involved in their day-to-day operations. Because of this we don't have the ability to access a store to investigate unless we are speaking with the store owner. The store owner will be able to help you in this case. If they are unable to resolve the issue, they will contact us.

If you're the store owner who has access to the store to troubleshoot, I can and am happy to work with you to find a solution to this. For me to have a better understanding of the concern, could you please share a screen recording or screenshot of the issue at hand? Once I have more information, I'll work to find a solution or the next steps. Thanks!
