Help!!! I tested a payment on my new store, but I am not able to get out of the Payment Test Mode. Any ideas?

Yes, I made several attempts and no error message. Since I posted this, I have discovered that my business email stopped working when my domain was transferred to Shopify (both the domain and email were purchased from GoDaddy). GoDaddy support gave me instructions which I emailed to Shopity support about some DSN files that need to be deleted to correct the issue. I wonder if this is affecting my site in regard to payments, etc.

Hey, @dstaver1
Just wanted to confirm if the issue was resolved?
Depending on the payment gateway you are using, often times they have a test mode that you can activate and deactivate. For example, if you are using Shopify Payments we have instructions on test mode that you can use to find the setting to deactivate it again.
If there is anything else I can help you with, please let me know.

Hey, @dstaver1
Happy to look into this for you. Have you attempted to get out of the test mode payment gateway? If so, were you met with an error message or anything like that?
Any additional context would be great.
If there is anything else I can help you with, please let me know.
