why can't i find APS anymore in my saudi store ?

I have had a shopify store for the past 3 years with an active payment gateaway APS. Now after i have been working in opening another store when i reached to the payment methods their is only two options we can choose from and i have attached a screen shot of it below, when their should be much more than two options to pick from. i have contact several team member from shopify now one could help, they don't no if APS ( amazon payment service ) is still active or not. I would to be in touch with someone that can help and give me an answer why i cant add this payment gateaway its an urgent matter.
