Why can't I link my Paypal Business Account to my online store?

I got some problems when trying to link Paypal to my Shopify account. I need your support to handle this problem. Although I use my Paypal Bussiness Account and The address of my store is the same as the Paypal's address. But they informed me about this account like in the picture I enclose. Please help me explain why I have problems and how can I fix it? many thanks.
