It looks like you are receiving an error when processing a payment via a third party gateway. To provide some context, Shopify is partnered with different payment gateways in different countries. It seems like you are using the MyFatoorah app which is available to merchants if they have a business address set in any of these countries: Kuwait, Egypt, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, or Jordan.
My suggestion here would be to follow this installation guide to ensure that you meet all of the necessary requirements and that you have completed all of the steps. If you are still having issues, reach out directly to the developers to see if they can help troubleshoot the issue and offer next steps. You can reach out to their support by clicking on the Get Support button on their App Store page.
