Why can't I print a shipping label despite entering shipping origin?

Hi 

I can't print a shipping label an error message comes up telling me enter shipping origin. I have entered the shipping origin in the location setting. i am not sure what more i can do.

2. If you are using a shipping app, such as the Multi Carrier Shipping Label app, then contact the respective app developer.
