Why can't I purchase a shipping label due to account review?

I have been emailing for a week now because I am unable to purchase a shipping label. Keep getting a messaging saying your account is being reviewed it should be fixed in two days. Email support says to give it two days, its been almost 8 and nothing. Any idea what could be wrong?

In the meantime, while Shopify is reviewing your account, contact the carrier directly to set up an account. The carrier now offers discounted rates for small and medium business owners.
