Why can't I purchase my chosen domain?

Hello, today I wanted to buy a domain for my store and it was available, but when I tried to purchase it it says

,,The domain wasn't registered. Please try again,,
I watched tutorials and other things, but it did not helped me, what should I do  I really don't want to lose my domain.
