Why can't I purchase the domain 'louisien.se' even after multiple charges?

Hey, i was trying to buy the domain "louisien.se", but then it said try again when i pressed the buy buttom.

So i tried a total of 4 times without anything happening, however i got charged 4 times, losing 144 dollars without even getting the domain, can someone please help me this is not acceptable
