Why can't I see my transactions in the payout tab?

Hi, I made my first sale last week and then had a few more orders come in throughout the same week. But when I go into the payout tab to see the transactions nothing shows up. Any suggestions to help?

Congratulations on your first few orders!

If your store offers different payment methods, then the payout will be based on the method chosen by the customer. For example, if your store offers both, Shopify Payments and PayPal, and the customer decided to use PayPal, then the payout won't appear on Shopify and you will need to check the PayPal dashboard.

If you're not sure which payment method was used for a particular order, then you can view an order's timeline to identify the payment method. If the order was processed through Shopify Payments, then you will be able to see a scheduled payout date in the timeline. Once the payout date has been scheduled by our banking partners, then you'll also be able to see the payouts when viewing the payouts.
