Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi guys, can anyone help work out why when testing my checkout I can't choose any other countries from this drop down? Only the US is showing up?
Hey, @RyanD89!
Welcome to Shopify Community.
I'd be glad to help you out with this. I can see that you are on your checkout page, and you're unable to change the destination country to anything other than the United States. This is occurring in the Shipping section of your checkout, which means you likely do not have any shipping rates set up for countries other than the United States.
To confirm, head to Admin > Settings > Shipping to check which regions have shipping rates assigned to them. For a refresher on how shipping zones and shipping profiles work, check out our detailed documentation on setting up shipping rates. It will follow this workflow:
From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Shipping and delivery.
Next to the shipping profile that you want to add a shipping rate to, click Manage.
Next to the zone that you want to add a rate to, click Add rate.
Enter the name and amount for the rate.
Optional: Add weight-based or price-based conditions.
Click Done, and then click Save.
I am confident that will solve your issue, but if I have missed or misunderstood anything please don't hesitate to reach back out to me with further context.
I look forward to your reply,

Thanks for getting back to me, @RyanD89!
I don't actually see an image attached to your response, can you send that again? Make sure to include your store URL as well.
In the meantime, I do want to rule out any local caching errors, so make sure to test your site using an incognito or private window to make sure old settings are not appearing. A quick clear cache can also rule this out. At that point, only add products to your cart that have shipping rates available for other countries.

Hi @RyanD89,
It could be that you haven't activated the Internation Market. Please check to see if you have enabled the international market yet:
To edit the countries or regions within an existing market, follow this guide.
I hope it helps.
Thank you for contributing to our thread, @AvadaCommerce!
We very much appreciate your additional feedback. Please let us know if either of these solutions work for you, @RyanD89. I'd like to ensure you're fully supported until you resolve this.
Warm regards,
