Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi all,
I am trying to create a draft invoice (this would be my 10th one I’m creating) and I keep getting an error message that says “Draft order couldn’t be created”.
It’s a new customer but I have her address and email - what is the issue?

Same issue here...I've done all the things recommended and still nothing. This is embarrassing for me and annoying for my customer.

Invoice can't be sent from XXXX@indianmXXXX.store. Verify this email address and try again.
I’m getting this same message. I tried on mobile and laptop with same error. I checked my account profile and it says my email is verified.
I am having the same issue now. I have sent several invoices in the past with no problem and now it says this on every browser and device
Exactly same issue. Shopify needs to resolve. It worked in the past and I have sent 100s of invoices. This is really impacting my business
I talked to customer support and they had me go to settings —> notifications (under store settings —> and make sure your email address is verified on that page.
I had to resend verification to my email. Once this was completed I was able to send invoice like normal. Hope this helps!!
This worked out. open the admin on desktop and you will see resend verification button.
im trying to manually create an invoice however im now getting this when im trying to review.
Invoice can't be sent from Info@consiliointeriors.com.au. Verify this email address and try again.
please assist asap
When I try to creat an invoice it says can’t send from email because it isn’t verified but it is , my secondary email also
