Why can't I set up shipping for my new online store?

I’m a new store on the Shopify platform and ready to launch but I’m unable to setup shipping . I have a fedex business account and received my meter number. I went with a third party app called easy ship. When i try to do a fake checkout, its unable to ship to this address. Any help or advice will help. Thanks
