Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
In setting up my shipping options, I only want to use USPS advantage and USPS priority. I deleted "Your Rates" and only have "Carrier and App rates" which show 2 services under USPS. However, when I try and create an order it tells me that "Shipping will be calculated next step" but when I click "shipping", I get a message that "Your order cannot be shipped to the selected address. Review your address to ensure it's correct and try again, or select a different address" with every address I try. If I put the Your Rate again, that's the only rate picked up and there's no option for the customer to select either of the USPS choices.
Hi @Sweet_treats ,
Since you are using Shopify Shipping, it's advisable to get in touch with Shopify Support.
One common issue could be that Carrier Calculated Shipping (CCS) is not enabled on your account.
Additionally, we recommend checking the shipping address on the USPS website to ensure that it is eligible for USPS delivery.
I too have the same problem, even have gone as to contact shopify but customer service not very hot. I have tried deleting the cart, changing address, adding test customers to use, even uninstalling apps impacting shipping and tracking (postship, mega pdf invoice, invoice eagle) and that didn't work either. Also tried a different theme ... debut was original so switched to Dawn. That didn't help. Then took out the post script code in settings and that didn't help. The realized I had a tracking page set up do deleted that. Then It was on the menu I had in Budda Mega menu app so also deleted that... NOW? Can't add any apps!!! I have a storeto run and can't get any kind of valid response from Shopify. What are ppl supposed to do? Frustrated beyond belief.
