Why can't I trace my client's bank card payment?

my client paid with his bank card but I have no trace of his money.

Payment processing times vary depending on which payment gateway you are using, the type of payment capture you use and which country you are located in.

I would recommend waiting 10 working days (not including weekends/holidays) to allow the payment to process fully. You can read more information on payment processing time here if you wish. Thank you!
