Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I have a "track your order" page, I set it up exactly as I was shown, I downloaded/connected the 17Track app, and yet I still can't track orders! Does anyone know what this could be about?? I have customers asking where their packages are.

I can understand how important tracking is for online businesses. You can contact the third-party app to resolve this. However, I would suggest you to try some other solutions as well like Multi Carrier Shipping Label App. The app automatically send live order tracking updates to customers via email as soon as the tracking status is updated by the shipping carrier. Not just that the app allows you to view the status of all the orders from the Tracking Dashboard within the Shopify store.

What app are you currently using for your tracking page? It sounds like you are possibly using Oberlo is that correct? If so it sounds like there could be a step missed. The steps for creating a tracking page in Shopify are:
How are you currently sending your tracking information to your customers? Regardless of having a tracking page, if you are sending tracked packages they should be receiving a tracking email. Are you adding the tracking numbers to the Shopify orders? We will need a bit more information here to be able to help you to the best of our ability.
