Why can't I withdraw my commission from merchant orders?

I was asked to complete the task where I have to take orders on behalf of merchant and pay and later withdraw money along with commission....now am even unable to withdraw my money...I want my money back

Thank you for reaching out to our community forums for assistance with this. I am sorry to hear about this situation. It sounds like you may have been using an app or service pretending to be affiliated with Shopify in order to collect payments from you. Shopify does not offer any investment services like the one you described. 

If the actions taken were not done through www.shopify.com then this was not Shopify. I recommend contacting your bank to report these payments as fraudulent and to also report the app or service used to your local law enforcement as well.
