no matter how we try I have this customer who cannot complete her order see attached screenshot showing details can you please help ASAP?

Happy to help! Given the setup of the cart here, it is likely related to your shipping rules. Can you check to make sure they are set up to allow carts with $1000+ value? If you can share a screenshot of those rules here that would be great!
