Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders

Hope you are doing well! I have received a message from our customer that he is not able to purchase because it won't let him pay using Paypal?
I want to know what's the issue and why it is doing so? Please guide us about this or resolve this issue ASAP.

Thank you for reaching out, I am sorry your PayPal gateway is not working for you.
I will need to gather some more information before I can look further into this for you. Is your customer receiving an error when checking out? Have you tried testing PayPal on your end? Can you share your URL, so I can test it on my end? Has PayPal worked on your store before? Once I have a bit more information, I will be able to help with the next steps.
