Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello,
I have had two potential customers contact me about ordering products, saying that they’re unable to purchase because I don’t offer worldwide shipping.
In my shipping management section, I have selected every single country separate to the U.K. and selected a shipping cost for any of these countries.
My customers are still having problems despite this.
Have I set something up wrong or do I need to check another box somewhere to allow international shipping?

To confirm, do you only have one country available to select from the shipping address section on your store's checkout page?
If this is the case, I'd have to agree with @MOISCHKOWITZ here, as I believe your issue might have something to do with the Shopify Markets feature.
To resolve the issue, you'll need to make sure that you have the corresponding market activated in Settings > Market on your Shopify admin. If a region you'd like to sell to isn't currently active, you can click Manage > Activate market for the market you'd like to activate. This should then also activate the region within your store's shipping options on checkout. You can find more information about this on our help guide here.
Great to see that you're selling internationally on your store though! What other strategies have you implemented on your store, to help with selling to international customers?
If you haven't thought much about it yet, I recommend localising your store so that international customers can browse in their local currency and language on your website. This will help provide a more positive shopping experience for your overseas customers, as well as help build your reputation as an international brand.
