Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello, I was about to launch my store, but I decided to make sure the shopping process was functioning properly. I noticed that at the checkout it says “This store can’t accept payments right now.” Is there any solution to this?
Hey @Coutlet.
Thanks for reaching out.
That is a great question! Typically, this error message will display if the Shopify store is still on the trial plan. In order to have the checkout enabled and allow your customers to make successful purchases - the Shopify store will need to select a subscription plan. Once you have paid for a subscription plan, you should be able to navigate to the checkout without any issues.
With that being said, you may be interested in checking out our blog post that goes into depth about Testing your Store's Order Process that you may find useful.
Let me know what you think and if you have any questions.
