Why can't my US customers select USPS and UPS shipping options?

Hi, I setup my website from Mexico to US, everything is ok except for the shipping, I already configured the zone, rates but when I try to run a test order it keeps showing “This order can’t be shipped to the address entered”. The information I’m using is a valid address, I tried with a custom rate (I placed a random cost), it worked but I need that the USPS and UPS be also an option for my customers.  Please your support, thank you.

If you have already checked your shipping zone settings, rates, and address and they are accurate then Clear your browser cache and try placing the test order again. Sometimes a cached version of the website can cause issues with shipping rates. If the issue is still not resolved, reach out to Shopify Support for assistance. They can help troubleshoot the issue further and may have additional suggestions to resolve the problem.
