Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Even though I have added the targeted countries, when I tried to test and type in the address, the above message pops up. Does anyone know how to fix it?

This can be a bit tricky to solve as there are a few things that could be causing this error to appear in your checkout. I recommend doing a few things to help narrow down what could be causing this issue.
Testing a new address, and a different product will let us know if it's the shipping destination or the specific products that are causing the error to appear. Please let me know if this error continues to show or if it only shows to that specific address or product that you are currently using. Either way, we will continue to work together to solve this.

I just tried another product with a different address but the problem still exist, grateful if you can help to fix this, thanks a lot!!

It can be a bit tricky to figure out precisely what the issue is because I do not have access to your store through the community forum, but I will definitely try my best to solve this.
There are a few things you will need to check. First, you will want to ensure all products are in valid shipping profiles and those shipping profiles have rates set up. Please ensure there aren't any rates set up to potentially exclude the product from shipping—for example, having a shipping rate for orders over $50 but no rates for orders under $50. I recommend going through our help document on setting up shipping on Shopify, which walks through the steps to ensure all your products are set up correctly to ship, including profiles, rates, and locations. If you would like to send a screenshot of your shipping profile with rates, I would be happy to look and see if I can spot anything that may be causing this issue.

Kindly see the screen shot below, only US is successful when I test to check out on the order, I tried Canada, UK, it's not working.

It is tricky to know why that error is showing when only shipping outside of the USA, as it looks like you do have a rate set up correctly, and you have added other countries to this shipping profile. Due to us not having access to your store through the community forums, the best thing to do would be to contact our Support Team. They will look further into your shipping settings and help prevent this error from showing up in your checkout. You can contact our Support Team by email, live chat, or callback through our Help Center here. You will need to log in, select your shop, search a topic, then click "Continue" at the bottom of the page to find contact options.
