Why did I get charged twice in December for my new domain?

No ,my shop isn’t setup yet. I’m at first stages. I buyed domain, get the plan, 1$ for every first 3 months. But problem is there, they get from me 1 dollar in december 2 times.

I believe you are replying in response to this thread. I recommend that you keep your questions and replies to the same thread, that way you will get the best support.

As I understand it: you've bought a domain, selected a plan, and have been charged $1 twice in December. 

Usually, every card payment system will charge $1 first to determine if your card and/or bank account is working correctly. The system then immediately refunds that $1 charge. Once the system has done this and verified your card, it will then proceed to charge you $1 for the subscription.

Could you please have a look at the charges to see if one of them was refunded immediately or not?

I have the same problem but it hasn't been refunded.
