Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Has anyone ever gotten their Accounts Inactive. This is the second they inactive my account. Now I have customers who already paid for their products and still waiting to receive it. It's all been paid and fulfilled but they inactive the account. What happens. Crazy

Have you already tried contacting our Live Support team via chat, email or by scheduling a callback? The reason I ask is that we are unable to authenticate or provide account specific information via our Community Forums. By contacting our support team they'll be able to take a closer look into your account to provide further clarification on the inactive account.
If you've already reached out to our support team then a support ticket would have been created. I recommend replying directly to the support ticket and waiting to hear back from our team. They will be in the best position possible to provide you with account specific information.
