Why did my basic plan cost $82.99 and how can I get a refund?

I seen in my bank you all took $82.99 I need a refund ASAP. I did not ask for you all to take that money and I have the basic plan for shopify. Thank you.

There are a few reasons money could be debited from your account, and Shopify has the authorization to do so, which is outlined in our terms of service agreement. I do not have access to your account through our Community forum due to our security measures in place, so I cannot see any details of your account or what the amount is for.

Could the $82.99 be from a refund you issued on your store, shipping labels purchased, or an app you downloaded?
