Why did my Shopify plan charge me 25 pounds?

Hi, I chose the 1 pound per month deal when I started with Shopify, then Today, It suddenly took 25 Pounds out of my bank account with no confrontation. I wasn't aware of this and I'd like to cancel my plan and get my money back. Please Help.

If you forgot to cancel the subscription after the free 3-day trial, then it looks like we'll need to access your account in order to assist you with cancelling the subscription as well as checking whether the invoice is eligible for a refund. While we're unable to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community, we'd be happy to further assist you through live chats. Please visit the Shopify Help Center and login to your account to create a support request. 

 

That being said, we'd love to hear more about why you've decided to close the store. Or, if you have any feedback to share with us, then don't hesitate to let me know.
