Why did my store become inactive after credit card sign up?

I put in my credit card info to sign up and then it made my site inactive???

Help!

I am happy to hear you recently signed up for a Shopify store with us! however sorry to hear you are having this issue. I would certainly be happy to offer you some suggestions moving forward.

What happens when you try to log into the account you created, do you get a specific error message? My initial thoughts, without having access to your store, would lean towards a primary browser issue. I would start by clearing your browser history, cookies and cache and refreshing your page.

If you are still having the same issue, try with a different device entirely, like a mobile phone. You can also try opening a private or incognito window to see if the issue persists.

If you are still having trouble after these tests, feel free to reach out through our Help Center where you can speak to a member of our support team over the phone, live chat or email so we can get a closer look at your account.
