Why did Shopify charge me $128 this month?

Hello I need to know why Shopify charged me $128 this month

Hi, @TammiG!

 

I understand you're unsure of a $128 charge that you have been billed for this month. You'll be able to find a breakdown of your bill if you follow the steps below - 

 

  1. Navigate to Settings in your Shopify Admin.
  2. Click on Billing and you'll be able to see the invoice under Bills or Recent Bills.

If it still isn't clear what the charges are, you can contact our Shopify Support team who will be able to assist you with this.

Hi I just checked my Billing. I have no idea why in all the months you've only charged me for two apps all of a sudden the beginning of the year you decide to charge me for three and now the third app that you charged me for is nowhere on my app for channels to where I am not using that app so I'm not understanding why we went all the months you've only charged me for two but in January you decided oh we going to charge you for 3 hours it doesn't make any sense you've been charging me only 80 some odd dollars a month but all of a sudden you want to charge me $128 and now my billing has gone back down to $88

Sorry for any typos in my first post I was doing talk to text. But as I stated you've only charged me for two apps for the past few months but now this month January you decided to charge me for three and now that I look at my billing for February you only have two apps that you're charging me for that's $88 that's all I've been paying anyway for the past few months it's $88 so I'm not understanding why you update and started to charge me $128 for the month of January
