Why didn't I receive my pending payout after my store was closed?

Hi, I was dropshipping on Shopify but yesterday they closed my store for legal issues because I was selling earbuds they thought they were AirPods, I have nearly 1k pending and 500 was supposed to come yesterday and it didn’t come
