Why does everything say 'Shipping not available' on my orders?

Hi, Whilst trying to order from alot of stores ive noticed that all say 'Shipping not available' despite some being located in the same country as me (Aus) and me also ordering from them before, I Have no idea if this is just a glitch or something is happening where i live to where it cant ship anything
