Why does my cart keep redirecting to the first payment page?

Hello ! I have a problem on my shopify store: You will always be redirected to the payment page of the first ever cart you made if you went till the payment page but didnt pay it. So if you ever change your mind and want to add or delet something of your cart or even change your shipping adress but you went to the payment page you cant do it. I use Vivawallet for the payment. I hope you can understand my problem (i know my english is not perfect, im french). If you have trouble understanding but want to help, please try to make a cart on my store, go till the payment page then quit and try to modify your cart when you come back. I've taken a look at your store (cbdul.fr) and performed several test carts. However, I wasn't able to replicate the same issues on my end. I was able to change the customer information, email address, and shipping address in the checkout.

As for editing or modifying the cart, I was able to do this by going to the cart page and removing the first item. After returning to the homepage, I was able to add a different item and proceed to the checkout. From there, I abandoned my cart so that I can return and check on it later. However, my cart didn't revert back to the first item I added.

Just to confirm, are you still having the same issues? Also, would you be interested in implementing an age verification on your store?

The problem occur only if you go till the payment page (when you are redirected to the vivawallet page) did you went till this ? 

 

And yes i would be intersted by the age verification

Yes, I've tested several different carts and I've gone through the payment page a couple of times. I've reached all the way to the Viva Wallet checkout, before going back to make changes to my cart. I've also included two screenshots of separate cart tests on the same computer, and you can see that Viva Wallet is showing different items and amounts as well.

If you'd like a recommendation for the age verification, then I'd recommend taking a look at Age Check + Age Verification. If you need any help with setting this up, the app developer is always available to assist you - you can reach out to them directly through the contact information found in the Support section of their app's page. 

 

Have you tried testing the checkout and modifying the carts on a different device?
