Why does my discount code show as '0 used' despite successful orders?

Why does my discount code show as '0 used' despite successful orders?

I can see the discount was used on the customer's order, but it shows "0 used" in reports and in the discount's page (as seen in the screenshot below). Even the summary confirms that a sale was made with the code.
