Why does my dropshipping order keep getting declined?

Hi, Im new to dropshipping and I purchased one of my products just to test the fulfillment process but order keeps getting "Request Declined" under the Fulfillment Status. Im currently fulfilling with Aliexpress from the Dsers App.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated Thanks!
