Why does my old bank account not match when changing payout details?

I keep getting an error message when I try to change my bank for my payout.  I keep getting that my old bank account doesn't match. I'm being prompt to contact support.  

Can I get assistance

In order for us to assist with updating your bank account information, we will need to verify you as the store owner. Since I cannot authenticate you over the Community forums due to the sensitive information that would need to be shared, I am unable to look into the specifics. In this case, you will need to reach out to our live support by logging into your online store using the Contact Us page.

 

Once you successfully login, or select the option Continue without logging in - you will be directed to the Help Center. Select the topic that you would like assistance with to locate the options to Get Support and speak with a Support Advisor about updating this information.

This was resolved, I was able to change my bank information.
