Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Im a shopper just trying to buy new clothes and everytime i buy something the order is refunded and cancelled. i’ve contacted multiple brands and they all say the same thing. everything be green then the only red is the “characteristic of this order are similar to fraudulent orders observed in the past” does anybody know how to fix this.
I suggest contacting your credit card company- if your buying behavior is out of the norm for you, they may have put fraud detection hold on it. As a storefront, we refer to Shopify's warnings about fraudulent activity. The more you continue to try other shopify stores, the stronger the evidence is that your card might be fraudulent.
