Why does my order status show 'courier not supported'?

All orders say shipped by seller but also courier not supported? What does this mean and do I need to fix something for my customers to get their orders?

Since we do not have internal access to view more information on the orders that are displaying this, we are unable to provide further assistance from the Community forums. In this case, I encourage you to reach out to our live support by navigating to our Help Center


When you arrive at the Help Center, you will need to let the virtual assistant be aware that you would like to Speak with support and you will be connected with a Support Advisor accordingly.
