Why does my payout balance keep going negative?

Hey! I’m not sure what’s going on with my payout balance but it keeps going negative. Every time I get my payout balance back into the positive, it goes bout into the negatives every TIME I get paid. This is really frustrating and stressing me out. I have no idea what’s going on and why. Please fix this issue asap. (No I haven’t had any chargebacks on anything like that recently). Please respond ASAP!

If you're seeing a negative balance in your payouts, then it's possible that you've had a refund/return. It's also possible that there were other charges, such as the ones mentioned on our guides: How much you get paid and How a credit card payment gets processed.
