Why does my website show 'shipping not available' at checkout?

I just launched my website & it’s not letting any of my customers purchase anything because once they get to the checkout it keeps saying shipping not available for your location. Is there any way i can get someone from support to call me & help me ?

Have you checked your "Shipping From Address"? And also the shipping zones under Shipping and Delivery section?

Yes I have. I have my shipping address set as well as my zones & it still
won’t allow me to check out anything

Typically, if your customers cannot complete the checkout process due to the error message, "Shipping not available in this location". It is due to the rates that are offered within the General Shipping Profile, you can navigate to Settings > Shipping and Deliveries > Manage Rates to view the breakdown of shipping locations that you are offering.

 

In some cases, you will need to make sure that you are allowing your customers to complete the checkout based on the Weight or Price of the total order. As for example, if you are offering free shipping for orders above $35 USD - you will need to create a rate that will allow your customers to checkout if their order is under $35 USD as this error message will display if the order does not meet the criteria of the shipping profile.

 

With that being said, since we are unable to authenticate you over our public forums, I am unable to look into the specifics of the shipping setup on your online store. In order for us to verify you as the store owner, you will need to login to your store using our Contact Us page. Once you have successfully logged in, you will directed to our Help Center. Type in what you would like assistance with in the search bar - you should then see the option to Get Support below the search results.
