Why does 'order cannot be shipped to selected address' keep showing at checkout?

When i try to checkout it keeps showing this message "Your order cannot be shipped to the selected address. Review your address to ensure it's correct and try again, or select a different address.", for every dress in any country. Can somebody help pls?

This error most likely means that something in your shipping settings is not set up correctly. Have you checked your shipping profiles to make sure all of your products are included? Do you have rates set up for all of your possible orders whether it is by weight or order price? Once I have a bit more information it will be easier for me to help you with this.
