Why does payment error occur on chrome and safari?

Good afternoon,

 

Our shopify has been running for a few months now but a problem occurred a few days before with the payments according to a few customers especially when they ordering through google chrome and safari. When they'd finish the order a window pops out saying '"There was an issue processing your payment. Try again or use a different payment method."

 

Could anyone help me out please?

However, you can get in touch with our live support by logging into your online store using the Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner.

Once you successfully login - you will be directed to the Help Center. Select the topic that you would like assistance with to locate the options to Get Support and speak directly with a Support Advisor about the situation.
