Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi All,
I'm wondering why my Shopify store is not aligning properly with Oberlo and Aliexpress. When I go to my Shopify store, it says that there are over 400 of a specific item in stock, but when I check on Oberlo it says the item is no longer available. When I go to Aliepxress to look at the item, it has been pulled. I'm curious why my Shopify store doesn't then show as "0" items in stock? Any ideas on how I can get this information to sync accurately?
Thank you for your help!

Hey, @MyCozyCafe. Welcome to the Community! Thanks for reaching out about this, it certainly sounds confusing. The first thing that comes to mind is that your Auto updates in Oberlo may be set so that there aren’t any changes made on your store when the supplier removes, changes, or sells out of the product. So, let’s start by checking on this first:
I suspect the settings for your ‘When product is no longer available’ and ‘When variant is no longer available’ are set to Do nothing as seen in the example below. If so, please adjust them to the option you’d prefer, and click Save Settings so that they will automatically update moving forward.
Also in the Auto updates section, you can adjust the settings for price and inventory changes too. Extra guidance for all these settings can be found in the Oberlo Help Doc Set up the Auto update settings.
Let me know if this helps!
