Some of my customers can't reach checkout. When they press Checkout button in the cart they are redirected to site home page. I can't repeat this issue on my end but I see it quite often on Hotjar recording. It's mainly for mobile Safari users. I know that 2 month ago there was a big problem like that. It's in this thread https://community.shopify.com/c/payments-shipping-and/customers-are-unable-to-reach-checkout-from-th... But looks like the problem is still here. Does anybody experience it now?
I know it's an old topic but I'm still experiencing the exact same thing with two different stores. Did you find out what's going on? I'm freaking out already
