Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi can anyone help me regarding COD option as when I enter any pincode the COD option goes away, tried typing in many pincodes and it is still disappearing.

I understand that the cash on delivery (COD) payment option is disappearing after entering the ZIP/postal code, and it's possible that your postal code could be outside of the store's delivery range. Can you confirm whether you're the store owner or a customer?
If you're the store owner and the store is using the cash on delivery option from manual payments, then you'll need to add delivery zones and adjust the range to encompass your ZIP/postal code. However, if you're using Advanced Cash on Delivery (for India only), then you'll need to set up Advanced Cash on Delivery eligibility by postal code.
That being said, if you're a customer and you're unable to use COD, then it's possible that the store doesn't offer delivery within your region and this could be intentional on the store's part. For this reason, we'd recommend contacting the store directly to inquire about their delivery ranges.

Hi Elias, Yes I am the store owner and I've tried multiple pin codes inside the state and outside where electronic payment is just going fine also I've created a different profile for shipping rates across India but issue is still persisting please let me know any additional steps required.
