Why doesn't shipping show on some abandoned carts?

Why On Some Abandoned Carts Does The shipping Not Show Up ?

Hey, @BAccessorized 

If the customer does not visit the shipping page to add a shipping fee or the shipping fee is also free, then the email won't be sent and there wouldn't be shipping info on some of your abandoned carts.
