Why doesn't the submit button work after entering company info on Alibaba?

  • I got a new order in which I  had to contact my supplier Alibaba who then asked me for my company information.  I filled out all the fields and now when I  click the submit button nothing happens.

Are you entering this information on a web page provided to you by Alibaba? If so, this means that the webpage is managed by them, so it would be best to contact their support team regarding issues with the page not working. This could be a local issue as well, so trying to provide that information again via a different browser may work for you.
