Why has my free shipping profile disappeared?

We had a shipping profile called Free Shipping. But it is just gone now. How do I figure out what happened?

This is Lana from Shopify. 

I just wanted to confirm - did you have a whole separate Shipping Profile for free shipping, or was this just a shipping rate that you had in the general profile? If it is in the general profile, you should be able to find it by going to Settings > Shipping and delivery and click into Manage rates on the general profile:

However, if it was not part of the general profile, could you tell me a little bit more about why you decided to have it in a separate profile? What kind of products did you have in there, and were free shipping rates the only rates offered within that profile?
