Why hasn't my business payment been credited yet?

I would like to bring to your attention that I have been eagerly awaiting a response regarding payments made from my business. A customer placed an order over a week ago, and to date, the payment has not been credited to my account. I have diligently attempted to resolve this matter by reaching out to Shopify support, but regrettably, I have not received any communication or assistance from them.

This situation is causing considerable concern as it impacts the financial operations of my business. I kindly request immediate attention to this matter and a prompt resolution to ensure the smooth processing of payments and orders.

Your prompt response and assistance in addressing this issue will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I'd be happy to provide some assistance with this request, to ensure it gets resolved. To gather a bit more information, are you able to share what payment gateway was used to process the order (i.e Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc)?
